Our secure, centrally heated warehouse is located on the southern outskirts of Dorking with four storeys of storage units. There is ample access for all shapes and sizes of vehicles from a mini to an HGV! Inside the warehouse we have trolleys, ladders, fork lifts, pallet trucks and all manner of devices to help you with the loading / unloading process.

Insurance

Our buildings are brick built, well maintained, heated, dehumidified and secure. We are fully insured for liability (covering damage to your goods) and can offer you additional insurance on your goods if required. This cover is arranged through www.insurastore.com and prices start from as little as 55p per £1000 of cover.

Archiving Introduction


City Space Storage has been providing archive file and box storage to companies around London and the South East since 1981.

Within our warehouses located around Surrey & Sussex we are able to provide business customers with either open rack inventory file storage solutions or archive box storage. Please enquire for more information.

Where required we can offer a guaranteed 24hr retrieval from archive service and will deliver to your office anywhere in the UK!

Disposal Service: If your files are reaching the end of their required storage period, we also offer a disposal and destruction service. Files may either be recycled in an environmentally friendly way or confidentially incinerated.

We are a family run business and pride ourselves on offering our customers a friendly personal service with storage solutions that can be tailor made to match your needs.

Whether it’s a house move, somewhere to keep your belongings whilst your travelling or just an extra space to de-clutter your home, we’re here to help find you the right space at the right price and give you piece of mind that your property will be safe, secure and dry whilst its with us.

Your goods can be accessed 5 days a week during normal office hours and on Saturday mornings by appointment. All units are kept locked and only accessed by you or someone you nominate on production of valid identification. Out of hours access for evenings and weekends can be arranged by special request.

All our warehouses are brick built, well maintained, heated, CCTV, dehumidified and secure. Our archive sites are not open to the public and their locations are not disclosed to public or business users to enable us to offer the highest security to your documents.
